Q: What year did you join the E-board and what made you join?
A: 2010. I come from a proud legacy of labor union membership. Past family generations have supported collective bargaining employment. I strongly support the formation of a safe, fair and just workplace environment. Additionally, I’m an advocate and believe in “Good Faith Negotiation” practices and transparency. Terms and conditions that come from collective bargaining must give employees opportunities to thrive & flourish as they perform their professional obligations.
Q: What is your role on the E-Board (board member, VP, treasure, etc.)?
A: My role is an Executive Board member for LMC.
Q: Can you share something about your experience serving on the E-Board?
A: As an Executive Board Representative for UF I’ve gained a more comprehensive understanding of our contract. I would like to extend a warm invitation to faculty members in the district to join our UF team!
