Tentative Agreements
This page provides access to the current collective bargaining agreements and tentative agreements between United Faculty (UF) and the Contra Costa Community College District (4CD). These documents outline the negotiated terms and conditions of employment for full-time and part-time faculty, including salary, benefits, workload and professional rights.
You’ll also find Tentative Agreements (TAs) that were successfully ratified by UF members and the 4CD Governing Board. Once ratified, these agreements become official and are incorporated into the final contract language.
