This page contains official Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between United Faculty (UF) and the Contra Costa Community College District (4CD). MOUs are formal agreements used to clarify, supplement, or temporarily modify terms in the current collective bargaining agreement. These documents address specific issues or matters that arise outside of regular contract negotiations and are mutually agreed upon by UF and the District.
Each MOU reflects a collaborative effort to respond to changing needs, ensure fairness, and support faculty working conditions across the district.
