Article 22

22.1 SAVINGS CLAUSE:

Should any portion of this Agreement, or any provision herein contained, be rendered or declared invalid by reason of any existing of subsequently enacted legislation, or by any decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of such portion of the Agree- ment shall not invalidate the remaining portions thereof, and they shall remain in full force and effect.
