Article 22 - Savings Clause

22.1 Savings Clause:

Should any portion of this Agreement, or any provision herein contained, be rendered or declared invalid by reason of any existing or subsequently enacted legislation, or by any decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of such portion of the Agreement shall not invalidate the remaining portions thereof, and they shall remain in full force and effect.
